COVID-19 Advice

As restrictions are slowly being lifted Haven parks are planning on getting back to normal opeation-

Government guidance and restrictions are changing rapidly meaning the facilities available might change at short notice, we will let you know as soon as Haven inform us that passes are available to purchase.

Arrival at park

Haven have introduced a new contactless arrival process so that they can manage all arrivals safely. As a result ALL GUESTS must be PRE REGISTERED. The names of all adults, number of children staying and the telephone number, email address and car registration will be passed onto Haven Holidays – this is a new condition of booking. This information will be used by Haven to contact you with your arrival time slot and relevant information regarding your stay. This data will be retained by Haven for a maximum of 30 days after you leave the park in case of an emergency. After this period your data will either be deleted completely or anonymised.

The key safe code for your stay will be in the Information Pack that we will send you. The information pack will also contain our contact details including mobile phone number should you need to contact anyone during your stay. As we will not be leaving out our Caravan Guide book, this will be emailed to you as part of your booking pack. We recommend that you keep this guide and the Information pack handy during your stay,


We are introducing new cleaning standards within our caravan and Haven are doing similar across the park. The caravan will be cleaned using anti viral disinfectant which is fast acting and highly effective against pathogens similar to Coronavirus. All high touch areas will get extra attention. As a result of the extra cleaning our standard check in time will be 4pm. We will NOT be including a welcome pack this year of refreshments, toilet rolls etc so please ensure that you bring these with you or purchase them from the site shop. All non standard Haven inventory items will not be available so you will need to bring any DVDs, games etc that you want with you.

In the event of a Coronavirus case in your Holiday Home

If any guest either develop symptoms or suspects they may have Coronavirus whilst on holiday with us you will need to cut your break short and return home immediately in line with Government guidelines. The caravan will need to be left for 72 hours and deep cleaned before any further guests can use the caravan. As a result we may have to amend your booking at short notice if our caravan is required to be deep cleaned. Should you have any symptoms before departing from home you MUST not travel. We will refund any payments made to us if you have to cancel your stay before the start of your holiday or if you prefer we will transfer your booking to an alternative date at the current rate.

All holidays booked with us are for accommodation only. Site Activities, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues are operated by Haven Holidays. Depending on restrictions which can change from time to time our guests may be able to access these facilities if space is available. Play Passes giving access to the Live Lounge entertainment and swimming pools can only be purchased by our guests on park. We are unable to sell these to you prior to arrival. Passes may not be available at all times – this is due to facilities / events being fully booked.
