The information that we collect and how we use it
When you enquire or make a booking we need your name, email address, phone number and postal address to process your enquiry. The relevant information is then used by us, our agents and sub-contractors to process your request. For bookings this includes Haven Holidays in order to issue you with funworks passes. We do not request or process any credit card details – if payments are made using a credit or debit card this facility is completed using the PayPal website. If bank account details are requested these are only used to make refunds to your account in which case they are passed onto our bankers in order to facilitate the refund. They are not stored on any web site. Your booking details are stored on a secured Microsoft OneDrive account.
Our web site is maintained on 1&1 servers. When you visit our website, we also collect information automatically from your computer using Google Analytics (including your IP address, operating system and browser type) to enable us to gather information about your visits, such as browsing patterns, but information collected in this way is only used in aggregate and anonymous form rather than being linked to identifiable individuals.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its security, and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
